At REDMAGIC (INTL), we want you to be fully satisfied with your gaming hardware. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition.

Return Process

    Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, adapters, and manuals that were included in the box to ensure a full refund.

    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to confirm it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
